Ms. Zhou, as the sales manager, focuses on overseas customer development and maintenance, undertaking ODM/OEM order negotiation, and coordinating with the factory to meet customer customization requirements (e.g., small-batch orders). She is proficient in international trade processes (such as logistics and customs clearance), communicating effectively with foreign clients to resolve needs promptly, and achieving sales targets, especially in matching the factory’s flexible production advantages with cross-border e-commerce or regional brand clients.
Mr. Zeng (General Manager of the Shoe Factory)
As the general manager, Mr. Zeng oversees the overall operation of the shoe factory, including formulating development strategies, managing two production lines and a 220-person team, and supervising core links such as production scheduling, quality control, and delivery cycle. He excels in optimizing production processes to enhance efficiency, ensuring compliance with BSCI standards, balancing production capacity with customer needs, and making decisions to stabilize and drive the factory’s business development.
